Racewerk S1.5 – A precision tool.
At Racewerk, we don't make toys. – We make tools. And the best ones at that.
Tools should be precise, reliable, and effective.
Our pedals are not mass-produced in the Far East. They are manufactured to tight tolerances and assembled by hand in Germany. During manufacturing and assembly, each component is continuously checked for dimensional accuracy and smooth operation by qualified specialists.
Here you buy engineering and quality made in Germany - with components that could just as easily be found in real racing cars.
Our hydraulic brake pedals offer innovative solutions that you can only get from us.
For example, the purple spring with a sleeve travels only a short distance to simulate the brake pads contacting the brake disc.
The return line, which makes the pedal slightly stiffer and ensures a constant circulation of the brake fluid, also imitates real motorsport.
The elastomer sleeves are an in-house development and ensure a clear and realistic pressure point.
Thanks to the numerous adjustment options, you can truly make your pedal YOUR pedal.
These are explained in detail in our manual.
Preload, total actuation force, pedal plate position, pedal arm orientation, and pedal stop are all customizable. If that's not enough for you, we also offer a tuning kit with various elastomers and springs.
You can also choose the pedal plate color yourself, so the pedal matches the rest of your rig. We can also accommodate other special requests.
Our pedals are also pre-wired for Haptic Reactors. The pedal arm has threaded holes for direct attachment of the Reactors. This allows you to add ABS simulation with minimal effort.
With our pedals, you're not just buying the hardware, but also:
-
Our quality promise: For the first three years after purchase, we ensure that your pedals remain fully functional. Should you notice any issues, we will resolve them free of charge. After that, you always have the option of a pedal service at an attractive price, during which your pedals will be thoroughly inspected and overhauled.
-
Breakdown insurance: If an important race is coming up and a defect occurs in your hardware, you will immediately receive a replacement pedal.
-
Top Grade Support: If you have any questions or difficulties, you can easily reach us via email, phone or WhatsApp and receive technically sound answers and solutions for your questions and problems.
-
Detailed manual: Our manual provides a detailed description and explanation of assembly, setup, and all adjustment options.
-
Proprietary software: Our in-house developed software, in conjunction with the USB box, allows you to set up individual profiles and curves for the operation of your pedals.
Calibration can be performed both manually and automatically.
With the Racewerk S1.5 pedals, you have a reliable, well-designed, high-quality product that you can enjoy for a lifetime. We build these pedals with love and passion. You'll only find that at Racewerk.
What's inside?
-
100% CNC-milled aluminum – no casting, no sheet metal, no compromise. Every plate, every lever, every bracket is milled in-house from a solid block of aluminum according to EN AW-6082. This allows us to offer top quality at an unbeatable price.
-
Automotive-grade hydraulics – not toy pumps. The slave cylinder is an in-house development and a technical work of art in itself.
-
Anodized surfaces – Anodized in matte black or color of your choice. Scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and simply beautiful to look at.
-
Manual assembly in Germany – Every screw, every seal, every pipe is installed by hand by one of our technicians in Wittlich.
-
100% final inspection – Before shipping, each pedal undergoes approximately 30 minutes of stress testing on a test bench, subjected to significantly higher pressure than encountered during normal operation. Only when everything passes inspection is the seal applied.
